Description
Itinerary of an early may 5 days cycling trip around Lake Balaton in Hungary with five overnight stopps.
The bikes were rented and returned in Balatonfüred. There is a cycling path around the lake which is always well marked. Unfortunately the route is most of the times not directly next to the water, but you can always find a way to the shore if you want.
You will find plenty of restaurants along the way. Despite it was not the main tourist season we still had to book most accomodations for a group of 6 people beforehand.
